The building and inventory insurance of the city of Espelkamp is advertised. The co-policyholders are Stadtwerke Espelkamp AöR and the urban development company Espelkamp mbH.

The sum insured amounts to EUR 192,685,000.00 for new building value and EUR 10,041,900.00 for inventory new value. In addition, the building value for a building is EUR 6,783,700.00. The insured dangers are usually fire, tap water, storm/hail, and additional burglary in the inventory area. Glass breakage insurance is also available for some properties.
