the contract relates to the energy-carbon labelling of new construction and rehabilitation operations with so-called “reinforced” and “intermediate” energy-carbon performances (i.e. located beyond regulatory levels), as well as the multicriteria certification of all or part of these operations so as to guarantee the general quality .Through this market, Action Logement Immobilier wishes to question existing certification frameworks, refocusing them on the most relevant criteria for social landlords, tenants and/or external partners, for example in terms of environmental exemplarity, living comfort, etc.The objective is also to enable operations labelled and/or certified to benefit from conditional financial advantages (local margins for increased rents and/or subsidies, subsidies issued by local authorities, additional exemption from TFPB, etc.)
