The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Gostynin Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding resulting from Annex 3 (for individual parts of the order) 3.I ... 3.III) to the ToR, The procedure is conducted in an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 and art. 39-46 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843 as amended - Public Procurement Law).
