Description:
Performing a review in the scope corresponding to Level 3 of Maintenance of Railway Vehicles, two vehicles of the Impuls II series – EN63A and ED78

1. The subject of the contract is to perform a review in the scope corresponding to Level 3 of Maintenance of Railway Vehicles, two vehicles of the Impuls II series – EN63A and ED78.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Annex 8a-f to the SWZ

1. The subject of the contract is to perform a review in the scope corresponding to Level 3 of Maintenance of Railway Vehicles, two vehicles of the Impuls II series – EN63A and ED78.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Annex 8a-f to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SOPZ constituting Annex 8a-f to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), persons performing the following activities in the field of contract performance: performance of repairs resulting from the contract. Detailed requirements regarding the method of verification of employment and the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of the Contractor's compliance with requirements related to employment, as well as sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are set out in the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Technical Documentation and the Maintenance System Documentation for a given type of vehicle and safety rules resulting from the Act of 28 March 2003 on rail transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1984) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 226, as amended).

6. If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the deadline for the performance of the contract may not exceed 30 November 2025.
