Purpose of the services: the contract aims at the designation of a team of multi-disciplinary project authors, charged with the complete mission of conception and control of the execution for the extension of the retirement home "Nos Tayons" to Nivelles.

The mission includes:

- a complete mission of architecture,

- a complete engineering mission in stability,

- a complete engineering mission in special and acoustic techniques,

- a full PEB adviser mission.

A complete mission of coordinator in safety and health.

The mission is divided into 2 distinct lots including:

- Lot 1 integrates the architecture, stability engineer, specialist and acoustics engineer and EPB consultant missions, as defined in § 3.1 and § 3.2,

- lot 2 concerns the mission of coordinator in safety and health as defined in § 3.3.
