The purpose of this consultation is to operate the digital cultural creation center, called the "Cube" in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The market is a service market, treated at mixed prices:

- it is an annual fixed price for all equipment operating costs and for services related to the animation of the equipment by the holder (management, training and revenue collection),

- it is a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum annual amount over the duration of the contract, for the definition and the realization of services related to the diffusion of the digital arts and the creation, and for any realization additional events.

For the part with purchase orders, the orders are estimated at 300 000 EUR HT per year.
