The subject of the Order is the implementation of works related to the connection of customers IV and V of the connection group in the area of activity of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Krakow - Nowa Huta Region, Podgórze Region, Krowodrza Region, Nowy Targ Region and Nowy Sącz Region
The scope of work within the subject of the Agreement may include in particular (but not only): the development of project documentation, implementation of all design works, supplies, services, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting construction permits, implementation construction and assembly works and payment of any damages resulting from the performance of these works and the development of as-built documentation, as well as any work necessary for the removal of defects and faults on the basis of the quality guarantee granted and warranty for defects, as well as other activities and tasks and obligations to be carried out by the Contractor for the purpose of the proper implementation of the Subject of the Order
