The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust offers residential in-patient programmes for adults (over 18 years) with long-term or lifelong neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions which can affect in pain and loss of mobility or ability to do day-to-day tasks.

The Trust is looking for a local hotel accommodation to provide The Rehabilitation programme to patients who are more independent outside hospital ward.

The Hotel or supplier must be within 5 miles to RNOH Stanmore, Brockley Hill, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 4LP and must have a swimming pool. The distance is necessary to avoid a reduction in productivity/activity as the staff work at both the hotel and hospital during the day.

In the Hotel environment patients become guests creating a significant move away from the traditional medical model and hospital based delivery of care.

Patients are resident from Monday to Friday at a local hotel. They go home at weekends or stay in local accommodation at their own expense.
