Przedm.zam.is the support and development of the Fortinet.Zam. system will be implemented on the terms specified in PPU and OPZ. The subject of the contract is the support and development of the Fortinet system. The order will be executed under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract and the Description of the subject of the contract. Subscription of software, devices and equivalent services - whenever in the content of the SWZ the subject of the contract has been described by indicating names, patents, trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer equivalent products and services under the conditions set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

If the Contractor in the offer form (Appendix. No. 3 to SWZ) will offer equivalent products and/or services, is obliged to complete in the offer form (table) in relation to them all the data and information required in the table.
