This consultation concerns the operation and maintenance of the ventilation and air conditioning, smoke extraction, open enclosure, BMS and plumbing installations of the Carreau du Temple, including the management and monitoring of existing installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, the supply and installation of consumables or any spare parts necessary for maintenance operations, and works to improve existing equipment as well as general assistance and advice to the Contracting Authority in the areas and installations covered by the said contract.This contract is a composite contract concluded at a mixed price consisting of a flat-rate part and a purchase order part. More specifically, with regard to the purchase order portion, the minimum amount for two years is €30,000 (excluding VAT). The maximum amount for two years is €160,000 (excluding VAT).
