The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the scope of the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of a pavilion for accommodation of prisoners with accompanying infrastructure in the Detention Center in Kielce. (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Kielce Commune, Journal of Laws No. 1/1, 1/9)".

The works which are the subject of the contract shall comprise:

Demolition of existing facilities (utility shelters, inactive sections of the sanitary and rainwater sewerage network);

Construction of the penitentiary pavilion building with installations (sanitary and water supply sewage, domestic hot water, rainwater and gray water, central heating, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and photovoltaic, low-current), devices and the first equipment of the building;

Construction of an administrative and storage building with installations (sanitary and water supply sewage, domestic hot water, rainwater and gray water, central heating, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and photovoltaic, low-current), devices and the first equipment of the building;

Construction of walking fields for the needs of serving people incarcerated in the penitentiary pavilion under construction along with installations (rainwater, electrical, low-current sewage system);

Construction and reconstruction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure for the functioning of the erected buildings: penitentiary, administrative and storage pavilion and walking fields in the form of:

• construction of all necessary inter-facility networks of land utilities as well as connections and installations supplying all built facilities with all required utilities, i.e. construction of: water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater drainage with rainwater tanks, gray water installation, energy, lighting, low-current (teletechnical, CCTV, perimeter protection, access control, control of gates and wickets), construction of ground heat exchangers, etc.);

• reconstruction of a section of the rainwater sewerage network interfering with the planned construction of the penitentiary pavilion;

• construction of communication roads, sidewalks, maneuvering yards, walking and physical recreation, equipment of green areas;

• partial reconstruction of the existing internal fence and construction of new sections of internal fences, passage gates, wickets and internal technical and protective protection.

The Contractor also undertakes to perform all accompanying and temporary works necessary to implement the subject of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), questions and explanations of the content of the SWZ - constituting annexes to the tender specifications.
