The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

Delivering, implementing, managing, further developing (including innovations) and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) as a SaaS solution for the entire organization of Graafschap College. The LMS supports MBO education as well as contract education and the professionalisation of employees. In addition, the LMS supports the objectives of the Knowledge Centre for Lifelong Development (LLO).

The size of the assignment can be expressed in the total number of users. This amounts to all students and teachers of Graafschap College. In the 2021-2022 school year, there were a total of approximately 10,000 students and approximately 950 employees. Licenses for external practice supervisors are also part of the assignment.
