The purpose of the procurement shall be to conclude framework agreements with up to three tenderers:

- to create a solution for remote reading of water, electricity, gas, heating, cooling, solar power plants, the climate and environment of the building, automation and ventilation in buildings, and

- to measure attendance in public areas such as parks, squares, etc., to monitor the environment, climate and service provision (e.g. capacity of trash cans, cleaning of public toilets), etc.

Procurement of remotely readable water, heat, cooling and electricity meters, meters, readers, sensors and accessories in the buildings of the City of Tallinn (schools, kindergartens and authorities, etc.) together with installation work.
