Description:
Preparation of complete design documentation including renovation and thermomodernization of multi-family residential buildings at ul. Grunwaldzka 8A,10A,12A in Wrocław and performing author's supervision

The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of complete design and cost estimate documentation, hereinafter referred to as "Documentation", regarding the renovation and thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at 8A Grunwaldzka Street, 10A Grunwaldzka Street, 12A Grunwaldzka Street, with obtaining the necessary arrangements and approval of the project and obtaining the consent of the architectural and construction administration enabling the implementation of construction works along with the transfer of copyrights property to the documentation (Stage I) and performing author's supervision during the implementation of the project carried out on the basis of the Documentation (Stage II).

Rump. 1 Preparation of complete design documentation including renovation and thermomodernization of a multi-family residential building at 8A Grunwaldzka Street in Wrocław and performing author's supervision

The subject of the contract is the preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of complete design and cost estimate documentation, hereinafter referred to as "Documentation", regarding the renovation and thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at 8A Grunwaldzka Street, obtaining the necessary arrangements and approval of the project and obtaining the consent of the architectural and construction administration enabling the implementation of construction works along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the documentation (Stage I) and performing author's supervision during the implementation of the project carried out on the basis of the Documentation (Stage II). Task 1 - renovation of the roof along with its thermomodernization (or thermomodernization of the ceiling above the last floor), renovation of the front façade along with replacement of basement window joinery, staircase, attic, renovation with thermomodernization of the rear façade, replacement of basement window joinery, staircase, attic, replacement of door woodwork and colors, renovation of the lighting well, renovation of balconies and basement for the address: 8A Grunwaldzka Street in Wrocław, Plot No. Ewid. 29/8, AM-28 precinct Plac Grunwaldzki. The subject of the contract is described in the guidelines for the development of documentation, constituting an attachment to the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract

The subject of the contract is the preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of complete design and cost estimate documentation, hereinafter referred to as "Documentation", regarding the renovation and thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at 12A Grunwaldzka Street, obtaining the necessary arrangements and approval of the design and obtaining the consent of the architectural and construction administration enabling the implementation of construction works along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the documentation (Stage I) and performing author's supervision during the implementation of the project carried out on the basis of the Documentation (Stage II). Task 3 – renovation with thermomodernization of the roof, renovation of the front façade along with the replacement of attic window joinery and colors, renovation with thermomodernization of the rear façade along with replacement of window joinery of common areas and colors, renovation of balconies and basements for the address: Grunwaldzka 12A in Wrocław, plot no. 29/8, AM-28 precinct Plac Grunwaldzki. The subject of the contract is described in the guidelines for the development of documentation, constituting an attachment to the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
