Acquisition of services for the adequate management of Urban Solid Waste (MSW%u2019s) produced by the University of Lisbon and its Schools and/or Services in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 102-D/2020, of 10 December, in its current wording.

An integral part of this procedure is the collection, transport, storage and treatment (recovery and/or disposal) of MSW, which includes the following types of waste:

- Paper and cardboard waste;

- Packaging waste (plastic and metal);

- Glass waste;

- Organic waste;

- Undifferentiated waste (non-recyclable fraction).

The supply, installation, maintenance (including respective hygiene) and replacement of the appropriate equipment for the deposition of each type of waste integrated in the MSW, with a view to its collection, transport and forwarding to the appropriate final destination, are also considered included in the services to be provided under this procedure.
