The framework agreement for general project management and project management assistance concerns the reinforcement of the Rogerville Reinforced Earth Wall A29MUR28.2 Sens 1. As such, this framework agreement includes the mission elements DIAG, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and C-STRESS as well as the project management assistance services PRES-EXT and AMO. This operation includes work on an active motorway and on the road network.

The holder of the framework project management agreement will work in interface with:- The CSPS, CEPS, external controls, etc.- The operator of the A29 motorway (SAPN operations centre in Saint Romain de Colbosc).- The operators of third-party networks (departmental councils, town halls, ONF, etc.) - Third parties (ONF, local residents who own wooded plots, etc.) - Third-party project owners who may be in interface with the construction sites.- Concessionaires of any networks that may be present.
