The contract has as its object: Reorganization, indexing, digitization, conservation and custody in outsourcing of paper documents of the archives of the Private Building Sector and Revenue Sector of the Municipality of Syracuse. The service includes: handling, processing, relocation of archival documents, digital acquisition of the same with relative indexing and storage of the files produced in a storage of the Municipality of Syracuse

The contract includes: realization of a logical and physical reorganization of the archives, census of files contained in folders Private Building and Revenue sectors, canning documents for transfer to another archive, taking charge of documents and transfer to the archive available to the contractor located within 100 km from Syracuse, indexing documents constituting the practices, digital acquisition of building and urban practices, transfer to the municipal archiving system of the files obtained from the indexing and digitization process
