The Contractor within the subject of the contract:

- ensure successive delivery of the assortment specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ - Price form (including cards, reference cells, control materials and reagents for immunotransfusion tests performed by micromethod, consumables needed to make determinations), called the object of delivery,

- for the duration of the contract, lease to the Ordering Party the equipment necessary to perform the tests specified in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ (including two fully automatic analyzers with software, manual backup system, centrifuges for centrifuging samples, computer set with software) - Technical parameters, called the subject of the lease.
