The Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences [Høgskolen i Innlandet (HINN)] will enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of flowers in connection with our employees' anniversaries, dissertations and other celebrations where the presentation of flowers is natural. The flowers will be delivered both to campuses and private residences. Most of the deliveries will take place within the region, but there will also be deliveries to locations in the rest of the country.
