Flower hangers are to be installed throughout the city of Duisburg and mobile flower columns are to be set up for the period from May 2023 to October 2023.

The allocation is made by lots. Each bidder can offer one or both lots. The lowest bidder is awarded the contract.

The hanging baskets are attached to existing different light poles in different parts of the city in areas of bazaar streets and squares. The locations of the columns for the entire period are defined in groups of approx. 2 to 4 pieces per installation location. They are usually located at the entrances of district town halls, squares and other prominent areas.

The object of the service is the delivery, installation and maintenance of hanging baskets and the delivery, installation and maintenance of mobile flower columns for the city of Duisburg for the year 2023.
