University Building Authority Stuttgart and Hohenheim, Hohenheim Campus, freelance services for construction maintenance, project planning services for the Hohenheim campus, framework agreement for the year 2024 ff.
The intention is to commission a framework agreement for object planning services for buildings and interiors for the planning implementation and monitoring of construction maintenance work in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI, for the Hohenheim campus.
The University of Hohenheim currently has three faculties and about 9,900 students. The building fabric is spread over the entire campus and the outer courtyards and includes a total of two buildings. 175,000 m² of main floor space.
The state-owned buildings are the responsibility of the University Building Authority of Stuttgart and Hohenheim and are used and managed by various institutions. The building stock is made up of
Properties from the 19th century, some of which are listed as historical monuments, to new buildings.
Essentially, the following services may be required:
- Maintenance and refurbishment measures, some of which increase value (technical and structural aspects such as leaks, thermal bridges, fire protection, etc.);
-The implementation of changes in use and conversions in the buildings (e.g. due to new appointments to professorships);
In the case of urgent services (emergencies/damage reports), a response time of max. 1 calendar day (within the usual opening hours of the university buildings) must be guaranteed.
This is a call for tenders by lot (3 lots). The number of lots for which a bidder can be awarded is limited to 2.
The maximum possible contract period is 4 years until 31.12.2027.
