Foreign language counselling for immigrants and foreign students

On behalf of the AOKs, the AOK-Bundesverband is looking for a contractor for foreign-language advice for immigrants and foreign students (advice and acquisition via inbound telephony, e-mail processing and chat). The direct conclusion of a membership on the phone is to be used (telephone acquisition).
