The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2022 item 672 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of breeding, seed and forest conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, maintenance of forest facilities, acquisition, pluck and chassis of wood — to be carried out on the territory of Forest Forest District Koszęcin in the year 2022.

The estimated value of the contract shall take into account the basic order, the option right of 20% of the basic contract and the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP with a value of 50% of the basic contract.
