St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for Cost Consultants for the City Centre Opportunity Site South (CCOS S), St Albans. The key outcome from this appointment is to provide accurate full elemental cost plan based on the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) through RIBA stages 2 to 6.
