The service consists in organizing and conducting a training in learning Polish at the basic level of 30 hours and an adaptation course of 10 hours – for participants of the project "Podkarpackie Center for the Integration of Foreigners", i.e. a maximum of 1300 people. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ

The service consists in organizing and conducting a training in learning Polish at the basic level of 30 hours and an adaptation course of 10 hours – for participants of the project "Podkarpackie Center for the Integration of Foreigners", i.e. a maximum of 1300 people. 1. The training will be organized and carried out: a. for max. 1300 participants (from Ukraine) of the project divided into training groups within the basic level; b. in the amount of 30 hours of Polish language course* and 10 hours of adaptation course (1 h = 60 minutes); *additional hours of the Polish language course are a criterion for evaluating offers. If the Contractor declares additional hours of the course in the offer, the numerical value at this point will be changed to the number of hours taking into account additional hours. c. training group – number of participants on 1 course approx. 20 people (+/- 3 people); d. place of training - in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (place of training depends on the gathering of the group in a given area); e. The Contractor shall provide a training room equipped with the equipment necessary to perform the subject of the contract – as part of its remuneration; f. within the period: not earlier than from 22 March 2023 to 31 December 2023 – within a maximum of 21 consecutive consecutive days, assuming that classes: for individual groups may take place simultaneously at the same time or temporarily overlap, may take place both on working days and weekends; g. a detailed schedule of training for individual groups shall be agreed by the Contracting Authority with the Contractor at least 3 days in advance before the date of commencement of the training. The final training schedule requires the approval of the Ordering Party.
