Description:
Outsourcing of the cleaning of the buildings of the New Samusocial ASBL

This contract is a service contract for the cleaning of the buildings of the New Samusocial ASBL, all located in the Brussels-Capital Region.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 1 “Cleaning of the premises occupied by the staff of the New Samusocial (offices)”

Place where the service is provided: Several locations within the Brussels-Capital Region.

Lot 2 “Cleaning of the premises occupied by the New Samusocial hosts (Accommodation Centers)”

Place where the service is provided: Several locations within the Brussels-Capital Region.

The award of this contract on the basis of these special specifications does not give the successful tenderer any exclusive right. The contracting authority may, during the period of validity of the framework agreement, have services identical or similar to those described in these specifications performed by other economic operators or by its own departments. The tenderer may not assert, on this account, any right to compensation.

Cleaning of premises occupied by New Samusocial staff (offices)

This lot concerns the cleaning of offices, sanitary facilities, meeting rooms and common areas (relaxation area and dining area) occupied by the staff of the New Samusocial.

Duties also include cleaning lobby, corridors and stairs where appropriate.

Depending on the premises, the surfaces to be cleaned may be tiled, parquet or carpet.

Cleaning of the premises occupied by the New Samusocial's guests (Accommodation Centers)

The expected services are detailed in Annexes D and E of these special specifications.

It is specified that the contracting authority reserves the right to modify the protocols described, in the event of evolution of the current health situation. In such a case, an adaptation or a change of protocols may be made which will be applicable to the current situation.

Moreover, given that the services will mainly be carried out on weekends and public holidays, and that there will be few “Samusocial” staff on site, a certain autonomy is expected from the cleaning staff. The contracting authority asks the service provider to limit changes within each team as much as possible, in order to avoid part of the working time being devoted to familiarisation with the premises and the tasks to be carried out.

The contracting authority would like a maximum of 5 different people to be assigned per Accommodation Centre.
