The subject of the contract is the preparation of two separate expert opinions on the technical condition corresponding to the following part of the contract:

1) Part I – expertise of the office building of the Tax Office Warsaw Praga at 15 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw;

2) Part II - expertise of the office building of the Third Mazovian Tax Office in Radom at 26/28 Struga Street.

The subject of the Order is:

1. Preparation of an expert opinion determining the technical condition of the office building with infrastructure (m.in. with connections) of the Tax Office Warsaw Praga at 15 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, in order to enable the Chamber of Tax Administration in Warsaw to make the right choice on how to invest and manage the property in question.

2. Presentation of several (minimum 3) variants of investment and management possibilities along with determining the Cost Estimate of the WKI Investment for each of the variants.

3. A full description of the subject of the contract constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ).

The subject of the Order is:

1) Development of an expert opinion on the fulfillment of the orders of the Municipal Commander of the State Fire Service in Radom specified in the decision MZ.52800.10.15.2022 of 06.05.2022 for the office building (ZL III) along with the provision of a fire road for the Third Mazovian Tax Office of Radom at Struga 26/28 Street, in order to determine the manner of implementation of the orders of the decision by the IAS for the entire building. Requirements for fire protection for the entire building is defined by two decisions: MZ.52800.10.15.2022 of 06.05.2022 and MZ.52800.10.14.2022 of 06.05.2022 (attached). The aim is to execute the orders in an economically reasonable manner with the lowest possible cost of implementation;

2) A full description of the subject of the contract is an integral part of the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ).
