Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced service providers for the provision of the Supply of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, bar equipment and cellar services to Lydiard House Hotel. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 2 x 12-month extensions available subject to satisfactory performance.
Estimated contract spend is between £100,000 and £200,000 across the initial 2 years contract term and between £2000,000 and £400,000 across the potential total 4-year contract term.

Swindon Borough Council have recently refurbished the Lydiard Hotel and Conference Centre in Lydiard Country Park to include a new seating/restaurant area, refurbishment to all the guest rooms, to support this SBC need a supplier who can provide the bar with wet sales products such as but not limited to, beers, wines, spirits, mixers, soft drinks and cellar services, full details are included in the tender documents and the pricing schedule
