The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Town and Municipality of Dobrzyń on the Vistula collected by the owners of properties where residents live in a way that ensures the achievement of the recycling levels required by the relevant law, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1497, as amended) and executive regulations to the above-mentioned acts and resolutions of the City Council of Dobrzyń on the Vistula adopted on the basis of the above-mentioned acts.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) collection of municipal waste directly from the property from all owners of real estate located in the Municipality of Dobrzyń on the Vistula River based on the waste segregation system divided into:
(a) mixed,
(b) separately collected:
- paper,
- glass,
- metals and plastics,
- Biowaste
(2) the management of the waste listed in point 4(1) of Chapter I;
3) the list of indicative address points for the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties is attached as Appendix 13 to the Terms of Reference and may be subject to change. A detailed list will be provided to the Contractor on the day the contract is signed;
4) collection and management of problematic waste delivered by property owners residing to permanent or mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, i.e.:
a) furniture and other bulky waste,
(b) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
(c) waste batteries and accumulators,
d) expired medicines and chemicals,
(e) waste tyres,
(f) construction and demolition waste from households;
(g) hazardous waste,
(h) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood (in particular needles and syringes).
5) collection and management of expired medicines from 1 operating stationary point, i.e. the "Victoria" Pharmacy in Dobrzyń on the Vistula River at 3 Służba Polsce Street at 3 Służba Polsce Street No. 3 - 2 containers with a capacity of 60 l each - with the proviso that the number of the above-mentioned points and/or containers may change during the implementation of the contract (no more than 1 point – and 1 container with a capacity of 60 l). Containers for medicines are provided by the Ordering Party.
