Framework agreement for operational leasing of company cars

This contract is a supply contract: a framework agreement for the long-term operational leasing of passenger vehicles with the provision of services. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of two years, renewable not more than twice in a period of one year. CREG's existing fleet consists of 24 company cars. These specifications provide for the replacement of cars after the expiry of the previous contract and the order of new cars.
