The contracting entity operates a number of asylum centres in agreement with the Danish state. The contracting entity is responsible for the practical effort, and the centres contain everything needed to make everyday life work. The framework agreements that the Contracting Entity wishes to enter into with this tender shall support the Contracting Entity's practical efforts. In this connection, the contracting entity wishes to enter into a total of 6 framework agreements concerning the supply of food and hygiene items, etc. to residents at Center Avnstrup as well as the delivery of food to commercial kitchens at asylum centers. The supply of food to commercial kitchens at asylum centres is divided into four framework agreements, each within its own food area.

The contracting entity wishes to conclude a framework agreement regarding the delivery of food to residents at Center Avnstrup. At the time of the tender, this is a case of delivery to up to 50 families. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the asylum system, including the number of refugees received in Denmark, the tenderer must expect that there may be smaller and greater fluctuations in the number of families and thus the number of deliveries.

The contracting entity wishes to conclude a framework agreement regarding the supply of hygiene items to residents at Center Avnstrup. At the time of the tender, this is a case of delivery to up to 50 families. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the asylum system, including the number of refugees received in Denmark, the tenderer must expect that there may be smaller and greater fluctuations in the number of families and thus the number of deliveries.

At the time of the tender, there is talk of delivery to 3 kitchens. The contracting entity wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of food consisting of groceries and frozen food to kitchens at the contracting entities' asylum centres. At the time of the tender, there is talk of delivery to 3 kitchens. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the asylum system, including the number of refugees received in Denmark, the ordering party can extend or reduce the number of delivery addresses with 7 days' notice.

At the time of the tender, there is talk of delivery to 3 kitchens.
