Outsourcing of IT infrastructure with associated management for the municipality of Hulst (and optionally Stichting Hulst voor Elkaar). By means of this tender procedure, the municipality of Hulst (optionally also on behalf of Stichting Hulst voor Elkaar) intends to conclude one agreement with one service provider. The duration is initially and guaranteed five years, with the option to extend this duration twice more for a period of three years.
