The subject of the assignment is the study assignment for the redesign of the N437 between the R35 (incl. Intersection with R35) and kmpt. 25,900 (connection to Nieuw Plein) as well as the redesign of the Gentse Heerweg School Area (max. 25 m beyond the school entrance located in Gentse Heerweg).
The refurbishment concerns:
- both the reconstruction of roadways with the construction of traffic-safe and compliant cycle paths N437, School environment Gentse Heerweg, possible construction of footpaths,
- as largely the sewer system (construction of a separate sewer system along the aforementioned route and the hydraulic preliminary design and / design studies of various adjacent sewerage clusters, which are further explained in this specification). Aquafin will provide the necessary hydraulic data for the supra-municipal part within the Gewestweg domain.
