1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of complete feed for cattle to the Didactic and Research Station in Bałdy of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ — description of the subject matter of the order.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent bids to be submitted in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Contracting Authority specifying the subject of the contract are the minimum conditions that the Contracting Authority will expect to be met. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions, as appropriate, together with its description or standards.
