The purpose of this call for tenders is to design and carry out an evaluation study of an information and communication programme for European cheeses in France and Germany. This program will be a continuation of the co-financed program “Cheese Europe 21", which was held in France and Germany in 2021.
The offer must be written in French or English and will contain a technical and financial brief composed of the following elements:
The tenderer's technical offer, including:
• A detailed evaluation mechanism for the communication and promotion programme by action and target evaluated over the 3 years of the programme;
• Temporality of the program: the tenderer will propose a 3-year temporality based on the actions to be evaluated;
For each evaluation study, the tenderer will propose:
• The system provided for each evaluation module (action and target evaluated, method of collection,...)
The tenderer's budget offer including:
• A precise budget for the three years of the programme by action evaluation study and by country
• A summary budget
