The aim of the procurement is to contract an engineering design group that shall see to the engineering design services in the different phases in the project for the alteration of parts of Kantarellen residential and treatment centre.

Due to the project's limited extent, the project will be carried out with a simplified preliminary project, with a short decision period and further detailed engineering design services.

The construction project is planned to be executed as a general contract.

The procurement includes the entire process from the preliminary project to the completed building/hand-over. Please refer to the performance description in Annex 1 for a further description of the scope of the work and the planned progress.

Kantarellen residential and treatment center is a nursing home in daily operation. On the 1st and 2nd floors there has been a health centre, which shall be altered to 20 resident rooms with the accompanying facilities. In addition new escape routes shall be established. This procurement is for the engineering design team (PGL, ARK, RIV, RIE, RIB and other consultants) to engineer this alteration. The engineering design services are divided into phases that are the preliminary phase, the detailed engineering design phase, contracting phase, execution phase and the take over phase. The work is planned to be completed at the turn of the year 2017/18.
