- the 59 subsidiaries of ALI and 10 subsidiaries of ALS, although evolving in the same sector, are of different sizes (ESH between 8 k and 300 k dwellings),

- the "control" teams (audit, risk, internal control) are of a heterogeneous size and maturity,

- because of the structuring of the group, the perimeter is likely to evolve (eg grouping ESH).
