Denbighshire County Council's Integrated Families First / Flying Start programme invites submissions to deliver a reconfigured portfolio of Families First commissioned services which will ensure support for families in the areas of Mental Health & Wellbeing (separate provision for Children, Young People and Adults), Additional Needs, Domestic Abuse and Family Relationships.
A support project to work with individual children and improve their mental & emotional health and wellbeing, as part of a whole family approach coordinated by our Team Around the Family (TAF). Support will link with wider services.

Support for families with needs relating to, for example: Autism Spectrum Condition and similar conditions; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; Learning Disabilities; Mental Health conditions; Physical Disabilities, Chronic Illness. The service will employ a social model of disability.
A Children and Young People’s worker to support children who have witnessed domestic abuse, or for young people who are/have been in an abusive relationship. Support will include emotional support, interventions, safety planning, healthy relationship work, and coping strategies.
Support for families to resolve conflicts by promoting resilience, building on strengths, and empowering them to use their own assets and resources. The project will use a variety of approaches.
