provision of manned aircraft to allow the transport of regional intervention teams (eris) of the DISP of Marseille who are required to travel to Corsica to carry out security missions. The trips made concern punctual transport by air, one-way or round trip Marseille and Corsica, on the Marignane-Corsica link (Ajaccio or Bastia). The contract will be concluded pursuant to Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum annual amount determined in value as follows:- annual minimum amount: 55,000 euros excluding VAT- maximum annual amount: 230,000 euros (excl. VAT).
