Flora Municipality will establish new premises to co-locate the administration in a new building that is connected to the existing town hall in Strandgata. The new building will be constructed in block 25. In addition to administration premises, it will also have a parking lot over 2 storeys above Strandgata level. The new building will be physically connected to the existing town hall.
The new building will be constructed in a turnkey contract in accordance with NS8407. The contract will consist of parking floors, administration premises, and the physical connection to the existing town hall.
The existing town hall is to be renovated and moved into. The renovation of the town hall will be carried out as a builder planned contract.
The expected construction start for the project is early in 2020.
Flora Municipality would like tenders for preparing design sketches and gathering the function description/requirements specification and contract description for the entire project from the architect and specialist consultants, both for the new building and the renovation part.
