This consultation concerns the collection, transport and recovery of food or kitchen waste from the collective catering of the municipalities that are members of this grouping of orders. It also includes support for the implementation of sorting food waste at source upstream of the collection service on requesting sites. The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code
