General contractor services - for technical installations in the residence and outdoor facilities (technical infrastructure)

Technical infrastructure services with the following services:

- sewage and rainwater system,

- Rain drainage network: 1 800 m 3 Earthworks for piping construction, 1 320 m sewer up to DN 500, 60 pcs. Inspection shafts up to DN 1 500, 40 pcs street drains, 520 m line drainage up to DN 320, settling pit, 150 m drainage channel NW 700,

- Irrigation: 200 m 3 Earthworks, 720 m pressure line with taps,

- Redundant water supply system with water treatment and swimming pool water treatment,

- extinguishing water supply,

- Central oil supply for emergency power systems,

- Medium voltage connection in cooperation with the RU,

- Low-voltage supply of all buildings and construction site equipment incl. Temporaries: power supply up to 240 mm 2 : approx. 3 500 m, power supply cable up to 2.5 mm 2 : about 30,000 m,

- Empty duct network with multiple duct system and ducts: Cable ducts: 25 pcs. Cable duct with multiple duct DN50 - DN100: 2,700 m,

- Cabling for the connection of the telecommunication and information technology systems of all buildings: Outdoor fiber optic cable 24 fibers: approx. 2 200 m, TK - outdoor cable 100 Da: approx. 2 800 m,

- earthing systems,

- Outdoor lighting: approx. 2 500 m of cables incl. Earthworks, 20 St. Mast luminaires, 110 St. garden bollard lights, distributions and connection.

Technical finishing work with the following services:

- Complete installation of the technical facilities for the residential building, including ventilation and cooling technology, fire alarm system technology, video surveillance technology, building automation, but without IT installation,

- In the course of the construction work, 4 ventilation systems are to be built in the residence.

The central ventilation units have approx. The following air volumes:

LTA building 4 times: LTA 1: 1 500 m 3 / h, LTA 2: 620 m 3 / h, LTA 3: 2 530 m 3 / h, LTA 4: 840 m 3 /H

- Furthermore, refrigeration systems with the following services are to be set up:

KLT / HZG-Residenz: VRV Splitsysteme 2 conductors, public area: cooling: 35 KW heating: 28 KW, not public area: cooling: 31 KW heating: 18 KW, LTA: cold water: approx.128 kW heat pump / chiller

- Mirror welding process Plastic tubes Thermoplastics.

Components of the entire construction project on the property of the German Embassy:

- new construction of the law office in modular construction on a massive basement box,

- Extension of the existing visa module in modular design,

- construction of a modular engineering building,

- construction of a handicapped accessible toilet in modular construction,

- renovation and earthquake rehabilitation of the residence,

- construction of a water basin / pool,

- construction of a garage building,

- construction of a WC in service apartments,

- renewal of the technical infrastructure on the property,

- renovation and partial renovation of outdoor facilities,

- Demolition of the registry office.

The measures take place during embassy operation and in sections.
