The contractor will transfer all mixed municipal waste and biodegradable waste collected from the Kcynia commune to the Transhipment Station in Rozwarzyn (Rozwarzyn 40, 89-100 Nakło nad Notecią), as part of further development for the Regional Municipal Waste Installation within the 4th Western Region, about which referred to in the binding resolution of the Kuj-Pom Voivodship Assembly on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Kuj-Pom Voivodship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023-2028". Waste collected in a selective manner will be transferred by the contractor to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kcynia and will be further managed as part of the abovementioned point, by preparing them for further sale or transfer for utilization or development (without preparation - only in accordance with applicable regulations).

10. Types of municipal waste collected:
1) mixed municipal waste;
2) municipal waste separately collected:
a) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging - including plastics, metals, multi-material packaging; (in single-family housing collected in bags, in multi-family housing collected in containers);
b) glass - in single-family housing collected in bags, in multi-family housing collected in containers;
c) paper and cardboard - in single-family housing collected in bags, in multi-family housing collected in containers;
3) waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste - collected during "traveling" collection before the real estate;
4) biodegradable waste from green areas - collected in bags.
11. The frequency of receiving municipal waste from real estate where residents of the Kcynia commune live:
Collection of municipal waste will take place with the following frequency:
1) mixed (unsorted) municipal waste:
a) in single-family housing with a frequency of at least once every two weeks;
b) in multi-apartment buildings with a frequency of at least once every 2 weeks, except that in the period from April to October with a frequency of not less than once a week in the city;
Note: The Contractor may offer a higher frequency of acceptance in the offer, which will be subject to evaluation in accordance with the criteria for the evaluation of offers;
2) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging - once a month;
3) glass - once a month;
4) paper and cardboard - once a month;
5) biodegradable waste
a) in the city:
From multi-apartment buildings - at least once a week in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period - at least once a month,
From single-family housing - at least once every 2 weeks in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period - at least once a month,
b) in a rural area - at least once a month throughout the year.
12. The Contractor is obliged to collect any amount and type of municipal waste generated in the residential property (excluding construction and demolition waste other than hazardous), collected in containers, in bags and all waste that is directly next to the containers (so-called surpluses ) and waste that has been discharged from the containers during collection.

21. Frequency of organizing traveling municipal collection of problem and bulky waste:
1) for the Commune of Kcynia it is assumed to collect municipal problem and bulky waste in a traveling system with a frequency of 2 times a year;
2) the traveling collection will operate on the basis of municipal waste being issued by the commune residents at specific times in individual locations of the Kcynia Commune according to a schedule prepared earlier by the Contractor;
3) the contracting authority shall determine, in agreement with the Contractor, the date of delivery of the traveling collection schedule in individual municipalities as part of the traveling collection of municipal problem waste, in order to inform the residents in advance;
4) the contractor is obliged to keep records of accepted municipal problem and bulky waste containing:
a) the name of the person providing the waste,
b) the name of the owner of the property from which the waste comes,
c) address of the property from which the waste comes,
d) type and amount of waste,
e) date of transfer of waste.
22. The Contractor is obliged to carry out an action promoting waste segregation in the Kcyni commune by:
1) preparation of leaflets (...);
2) current information on the order (...);
3) organization of a competition promoting waste segregation (...);
4) collection of waste from shares in the scope of collecting waste from open areas.
