The subject of the contract is the successive provision of laundry and disinfection services together with the reception of 6 organizational units of the Bydgoszcz district for a period of 12 m. The list and address data of the organizational units for which the services will be carried out shall include Zal. no. 1 to the draft provision of the contract and Annex No 3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the order as to the assortment, quantity and frequency of receipt is mentioned in Zal. No 3 to SWZ together with the assortment and price form, which is a sheet for the calculation and Annex No 6 to the design of the contract, which is an integral part of this SWZ.An integral part of this SWZ the description of the contract are the provisions of the contract included in the template of the contract, which constitutes Annex No 4 to the SWZ. Pursuant to Article 257 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
The provision of laundry service will be carried out in accordance with፦ sanitary requirements for disinfection and washing processes depending on the type of laundry assortment, the degree of its dirt, hygiene procedures, (b) Laundry in which the Contractor will perform the laundry service during the entire period of operation the contract will have hygiene conditions and technical facilities. (c) The Contractor for the duration of the contract will have means of transport broken down by dirt and clean zone or separate means of transport for clean and dirty underwear accepted by the State Sanitary Inspector.
(d) The Contractor shall ensure the loading and unloading of the items of the contract at the price of the service.e) The Contracting Authority shall authorise the use of broad-spectrum lightning and disinfectants. All means used for washing and cleaning the items of the order should be admitted to the market and have up-to-date declarations or certificates of conformity and certificates. These measures may not cause skin irritation and allergic reactions.f) The washed assortment will be segregated by the Contractor (separately for example sheets, covers, pillowcases, etc., separately underwear divided into assortment, separately blankets, pillows, duvets, etc.) .g) The Contractor undertakes to maintain the appropriate technical condition - sanitary laundry. (h) Reception of the dirty assortment will be carried out by transport of the Contractor in accordance with the schedule (which will be an annex to the contract) for individual JOSW together with their Outer Branch from the Warehouse Monday to Friday, except for statutory days off work. (i) The provision of a clean assortment will be carried out by the Contractor's transport according to the schedule IU in point j) for individual JOSW together their Outer Branch to the Warehouse from Monday to Friday except days statutory free from work. (k) The Contractor is obliged to agree with the Ordering Party an additional period of receipt of the dirty assortment and clean delivery in the case of an extended holiday period (above 1 statutory day from office). 2) Scope of service: a) Receiving from JOSW of the assortment dirty and other assortment in accordance with the requisition. (b) Transport of underwear, taking into account the breakdown of “dirty” and “clean” transport. The Contractor must have a positive opinion of the PIS on the means of transport.
c) Chemical-thermal disinfection in the washing process. d) Washing, drying, ironing, magling. e) Reception, segregation of the laundry range, folding a clean assortment፦ sorting of the clean assortment while maintaining the division into assortment and recipient i.e., JOSW and OZ, - description of individual Packages of underwear and clothing should include: the name of the unit (JOSW), the organizational cell, the name of the range, the number of pieces and the weight. - the transport of the clean assortment in trolleys/containers/baskets, etc. suitable for washing and disinfecting owned by the Contractor. Transferred to the Contracting Authority and under a free use contract for the duration of the contract. (“x" sets of containers: “x” per clean assortment and “x” dirty range). f) The clean assortment will be segregated and packaged by the Contractor into separate containers/baskets, etc. allowing conversion of assortment for individual JOSW and OZ. Each unit shall label its assortment permanently with its symbol “criminal establishment or investigative custody” (g) Keeping records commissioned for washing and disinfecting the assortment according to document — Proof of the turnover of the range (Annex 3 to the contract). (h) Laundry services should be carried out for the benefit of JOSW together from the OZ indicated in Annex 6 to the draft agreement. JOSWs are separate payers. Invoices shall be issued to individual JOSW.i) The Contractor shall provide fulminant, chemical and disinfectant agents which have the required certificates, authorisations and opinions which shall, upon request, provide the Contractor without delay.
