The overall aim is to provide refreshments and catering to a pre-planned schedule, for up to 180 delegates, across 2 (two) to 3 (three) training programmes, catering for the delegates over a 5 (five) day week — Monday to Friday, serving a cold lunchtime meal, 1 (one) healthy snack or cake in the afternoon and occasional hot evening meals. Buffet style service. Food should be prepared off site and delivered to the Academy ready for service. Items can be finished off on site in the kitchen provided.
