The purpose of this tender is to establish a multiannual contract between the European Commission (DG Justice) and the Council of Europe (CEPEJ), in order for the Council of Europe — CEPEJ — to provide services to the European Commission to support the annual publication of the EU 'Justice Scoreboard'.

These services concern the collection and analysis of data on the functioning of the judicial systems of the EU Member States:

— provide statistical and numerical data on the functioning of the justice system in each EU Member State,

— provide country specific information, analysis and trends on the functioning of the justice system for each EU Member State.
