The subject of the call is the realization of a digital media and organizational platform based on an open source Pimcore instance. The teaching media platform should be able to store, tag and display various media commonly used in the context of medical teaching. In addition, the Regional Networking platform is intended to enable the organisation of practical stays for students (communication, criteria catalogues, assignment algorithms). The Pimcore instance offers various websites, is White Lable capable and offers interfaces to the local user administrations of the five Baden-Württemberg medical faculties.

The procurement takes place within the framework of a negotiated procedure with participation competition in accordance with §17 VgV. Procurement is provided by the Office of the Dean of Studies of the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg on behalf of the five medical faculties in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The award is made by the Investment Awarding Office of Heidelberg University Hospital.
