Purpose of the intended measure: New construction of a large sports hall

Cost limit: approx. EUR 4 770 000.00 (gross)

The Federal Ministry of Defense (BMVg) intends to build a new sports hall on the military site in Schortens.

The federally owned areas are available for development. There is an old outdoor pool on the planned construction site, some of which is filled with rubble. This, along with the associated small outbuildings, will be demolished as part of the measure. The planned measure will be created for the Bundeswehr. The specific security requirements must be observed.

Project planning for buildings: The scope of services includes Part 3, Section 1 §§ 33-35 HOAI 2013 the basic services of LPH 2, 3 and 5 to 9.

Federal construction tasks; Large new construction, conversion and extension, Schortens property.

Allocation of planning services acc. HOAI 2013, Part 3 Project Planning, Section 1 Buildings and Interiors, Sections 33-35 HOAI 2013, Service Phases 2, 3 and 5 to 9 in conjunction with RBBau Appendix VM 2/1.

Step assignment depending on compliance with the budget, the placing of the construction contract and the provision of the necessary budget.

Division of levels:

1st performance level: performance phase 2-3,

2nd performance level: performance phase 5-7,

3rd performance level: performance phase 8,

4. Performance level: Performance phase 9.

Specialist plans (e.g. technical equipment and TWPL) are assigned separately.

Remuneration takes place according to fee zone III minimum rate. If a usable or partially usable model plan is available at the time the contract is concluded, corresponding reliefs in the provision of services of LPH 2, 3 and 5 HOAI must be taken into account contractually.
