1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) collecting municipal waste from real estate where residents live;
2) receiving municipal waste from real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated;
3) equipping property owners referred to in items 1 and 2 with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste;
4) collection and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste such as: expired drugs, chemicals, batteries and accumulators, WEEE, bulky waste, tires, green waste, debris and other waste from repairs from the selective waste collection point;
5) collection and management of waste such as WEEE and bulky waste in the form of a mobile collection.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order entitled "Detailed description of the contract".
1. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
1.1. Equipping all properties with containers (containers) for mixed waste and containers (containers) for selective collection, as well as bags for selective waste collection (except bags for selective green waste collection);
1.2. Collection of municipal waste from all real estate located in the commune of Pszów, regardless of whether it is on the list provided by the Employer, as well as from the municipal collection point for separately collected waste, from the municipal marketplace, the collection point for waste from empty street bins and a collection point for waste from urban greenery care;
1.3. Loading and receiving waste from 7:00 to 20:00;
1.4. Ensuring that sanitary conditions are maintained during the delivery process by:
1) preventing the spillage of waste from containers and bags during collection,
2) ordering the area contaminated with waste poured out of containers, containers, sacks and vehicles during the implementation of the service of removal and cleaning up waste from areas adjacent to the containers, contaminated as a result of overfilling of containers,
3) complete emptying of containers during collection (there should be no waste in containers),
4) putting empty containers into the place where they were put up for collection (empty containers must not pose a threat to pedestrian and car traffic).
5) protection of the transported waste against dumping during transport;
1.5. Preparation of waste collection schedules in accordance with the frequency and manner of collection requirements specified by the contracting authority;
1.6. Receiving waste from individual properties in accordance with the schedule approved by the Employer;
1.7. Utilization of separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners in waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy and rules referred to in the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste;
1.8. Utilization of mixed municipal waste collected from property owners, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage for regional municipal waste treatment installations resulting from the voivodship municipal waste management plan.
2. Characteristics of the Municipality of Pszów:
2.1. The area of the Pszów Municipality is 20.42 km
2.2. Mass of municipal waste collected from the city in 2014-2018 [Mg]:
1) 2014 - 4,576.10,
2) 2015 - 4,200.80,
3) 2016 - 5 092.25,
4) 2017 - 6,085.78,
5) 2018 - 5,890.99.
ATTENTION: The Purchaser does not provide the order in the quantities indicated above. The contractor should include in the estimates a slight increase or decrease in the mass of municipal waste;
2.3. Number of people residing in the Municipality of Pszów - 12.007 (including multi-apartment buildings - 4.114);
2.4. Number of inhabited single-family buildings: approx. 2,300;
2.5. Number of multi-premises buildings: 98;
2.6. Number of uninhabited real estate covered by the waste management system as at January 2019 - 119;
2.7. Municipal collection centers for separately collected waste - 1;
2.8. Collection points for waste from empty street bins - 1;
2.9. City markets - 1;
2.10. Collection points for waste from urban greenery care - 1.
