The Agglomeration of the Region of Compiègne and Lower Autumn has launched a concertation for the implementation of a programme entitled Plan Vélo which will run from 2021 to 2026 including a cycle master plan structuring cycling developments and the implementation of bicycle services and activities including:
— implementation of bicycle-stations: covered bike shelters with hoops in two hanging points for the deployment of 258 bicycle parking spaces in the territory;
— implementation of a second secure bike locker with badge access in management by the Vélotic agency (in accordance with the multimodal exchange hub project) of a minimum of 30 places.
As part of the ecological transition contract, the CRA proposes a deployment action sheet for bicycle stations throughout the agglomeration to facilitate and encourage active mobility practices, in accordance with its global travel plan and its multimodal interchange hub at the station.
The number of bike stations to be installed over the total duration of the framework agreement is as follows:
— minimum: 33,
— maximum: 86.
